James A. Walgreen Jr., President of Cold Mountain Group a product and consulting corporation. James joined Cold Mountain Group in 2008. Cold Mountain Group has quickly become one of the most sought after representation firms in the country. Cold Mountain Group creates strategic alliances between vendors and major accounts; being responsible for extensive product lines which generate millions of dollars in sales revenue to companies such as Costco, QVC, Walgreens, Toys R Us, Amazon, Target and Fred Meyer to name a few. Prior to Cold Mountain Group, James served as president of Crossfire Network, Inc. from 2004 to 2008. Crossfire Network was a product and consulting firm that was hired by private and public companies to help launch products from inception to store shelves. James was instrumental in procuring finance and product placement in big box retail for their clients, as well as managing Crossfire Networks largest accounts. From 1998 to 2004 James was the president of The Intune Group. The Intune Group was a small music distribution company located in Miami, Florida. Mr. Walgreen was instrumental with the growth of The Intune Group and eventually grew Intune’s distribution into thirteen countries. The Intune Group owned several patents, one of which was sampling (listening or watching) music and movies before purchase. This patent was licensed out to several companies throughout the United States. Another patent The Intune Group owned but sold to a Microsoft conglomerate detailed uploading and downloading digital content to any device. Mr. Walgreen is still involved with this segment and patent. In 1993, James founded Beyond Fine, Inc. a wholesale/retail company that designed and sold upscale French influenced custom steel furniture. Beyond fine grossed two million its first year and was bought out five years later. James was educated in retail and management working for the family business, Walgreens in store operations James attended Tufts University.
Rob Simone is an award-winning media personality, author and host of a top-rated talk show on 104.4 FM, London, UK. Rob is a featured contributor for FATE Magazine and has co-produced and consulted on television series and documentaries for NBC Universal, the History Channel, National Geographic, Nippon TV, Japan and Discovery Networks.
Currently, Rob is executive director/co-founder of USL Consulting Group, specializing in media, telecommunications and publishing consulting. USL Consulting develops analytical strategies for more profitable business applications and provides risk management services for privacy regulations and digital media guidelines compliance.
Rob served for two years as vice president of development for Quantsys Corp., a leading risk management software analytics platform provider for Homeland Security, Dept. of Defense and fortune 100, 500 companies.
Rob is also a member of the board of advisors for World Peace for Life, a nonprofit child charity advocacy organization.
Antonio Tambunan has 20 years of international business experience in the hospitality, financial services, and technology industries. He spent twelve years in financial services across corporate finance, private equity, and equity research. His global investment banking engagements included both sovereign government and corporate client financial advisory, with initial and follow-on public offerings in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
In research, he was instrumental in establishing and heading the Asia internet research franchise for Deutsche bank, and later, firmly established Bear Stearns as the leading research franchise for the online game industry.
As a highly recognized thought leader for the online game industry, in 2007, he became Chief Investment Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of Gigamedia, a NASDAQ-listed interactive entertainment company with key international operations in Asia, Europe, and the United States. While at Gigamedia, he led multi-million dollar cross-border private equity acquisitions, as well as revamped the investor relations platform that more than doubled the company's market capitalization within eight months.
Shifting his professional interests towards environmental sustainability, in 2009, he assumed a project finance role as Managing Director and Chairman of the Board for an Asian-based publicly-listed investment company focused on green technology. With the transaction concluded, he stepped down from both executive and board roles in August 2010.
To further deepen his professional expertise on environmental sustainability, he is currently a master's degree candidate for Sustainability and Environmental Management at Harvard University's Extension School, where he also serves as board member of the school's environmental club. Given his background, he occasionally serves as financial advisor to early-stage online entertainment and green technology companies. He is a member of the International Game Developer's Association, and an advocate member of the American Wind Energy Association. Antonio has a BA in International Relations and an MBA from Boston University.
